She is also certified with Yoga Alliance. The union of mind, body and spirit is a thread that she weaves throughout her classes.

Mary Sheean

MARY SHEEAN, a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, has come to teaching yoga after ten years of a personal yoga practice. Mary's interests and practice extend into Iyengar yoga and metta, the practice of lovingkindness. She brings these elements into her Kripalu yoga classes, inviting awareness into the practice of yoga.
Amy Walden AMY WALDEN has been practising Kundalini Yoga since 1991 and been teaching since 2003. She practiced with Lorene Ludy of Madison for 12 years, and received her teacher training from Ravi Singh and Ana Brett of the Kundalini Yoga Center in New York City. Amy's philosophy is that "every one (movement, breath or pose) is the only one", allowing us to clear our minds, to stay focused, and in the moment. Her classes incorporate breathing and warm-up exercises, stretching, a Kriya (sequence of exercises), relaxation and meditation. She believes that increasing our body's flexibility and strength, heightening our self-awareness, and relaxing our mind and body can move us from "humans doing to humans being". Amy has a BS in Natural Resources from UW-Madison and has worked in the environmental field since 1982. Since 1991, she has worked for the Department of Natural Resources helping to clean up the environment.

Lizanne Wolnak LIZANNE WOLNAK is a Certified YogaKids Facilitator and a licensed cosmetologist who has been studying and practicing yoga since 1983. She feels privileged and inspired having found her passion in teaching yoga. Lizanne is the mother of three.
